4）What is the MOQ?

For 1-2 sizes mixed, the MOQ is a 20ft container.

For 3-4 sizes mixed, the MOQ is a 40HQ container.

5）What is your payment term?

T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance against B/L copy

6）How do you guarantee the quality?
First of all, our quality control will reduce the quality problem to near zero. When the production is finished, they'll take samples from every batch of cargo, and send to our lab for inspection. After passed the inspection, then we will arrange the delivery.

Structure and Composition

Modern diapers generally consist of three main parts: surface covering layer, absorbent core layer and base fabric. The surface coating layer is close to the baby's body, which can promote the rapid penetration of urine and effectively prevent back seepage, keeping the surface of the diaper dry.

Surface coating

The diapers on the domestic market are basically non-woven surface layers. Breathable non-woven fabrics can increase the degree of air permeability inside the diapers. Water vapor can circulate outside the diapers to discharge moisture and heat in time, effectively reducing the chance of eczema, and being soft and comfortable. Basically does not irritate the skin.

Absorbent core

This layer is mainly able to capture and quickly absorb urine, disperse urine or diffuse it into the entire core layer through capillary action, and finally absorb and store urine. The absorbent core layer of diapers in the domestic market is mainly composed of pure wood pulp (fluff pulp) and super absorbent resin (SAP) to form a layered structure.

Backing part

Many foreign diaper bottom fabrics have used non-woven fabrics that feel more comfortable, but due to the high price, the domestic market diaper bottom fabrics are still mainly composed of PE film.
